Software Token 2.1.1 for BlackBerry

Software Token 2.0 for BlackBerry was upgraded to 2.1.1. After the upgrade, when the application is launched, the above error appears.

Error: "Uncaught exception: java.lang.error.class.cast.exception" after upgrading Software Token for BlackBerry 2.1.1

CauseThe library file SecurIDlib.cod file is still on the device.

Delete the SecurIDlib.cod file manually from the device. Launch the RSA Token Application.

Note: If you are deploying version 2.1.1 to a large number of devices, on BES server configuration Manager, uncheck the option to push RSA Software Token 2.0 application. The application v2.0 will be deleted from all devices during the next cycle. Then place the 2.1.1 version on BES server. The 2.1.1 application will be pushed during the cycle by BES server. In this process, there will be a time when there are no tokens on the devices. If you wish to avoid that situation, manually delete SecurIDLib.cod file from the device and upgrade to 2.1.1version.
