|Issue||Locked User is Still Able to Access the Application|
By locking a user's account manually, it will only stay locked for the duration specified in the Account Lockout Period field for the user's Security Parameter. As a result users that have locked accounts will be able to access Archer after that lockout period has been met.
|Resolution||To ensure a user will not be able to login indefinitely, the account should be set to inactive.|
