enVision 4.1 upgrade installation halts with this error
Cause
folder is locked
Resolution

Reasons the folder cannot be renamed:

1. Try closing all other windows and folders on the desktop
2. If a VAM ESU was recently run, insure there is no process "cmd" running in the background in task manager/process tab
3. If DRAC is enabled, kill the 4 dsm* processes if running
4. If RSA Sales installed the monitoring tool SecureLink, kill the running java process if running
5.Try stopping the IIS Admin service
