IssueError: "Invalid mapping error" in .CSV file when trying to import RSA ACE/Server users from LDAP
Use an edited map file to import 4 user extension data fields from the LDAP Server. For example, for Active Directory, the active.map looks as follows:

chDefaultLogin=samaccountname
chLastName=sn
chFirstName=givenname
chKey=phonenumber
chData=extensionattribute1
chKey=e-mail
chData=mail
chKey=jobfunction
chData=description
chKey=department
chData=department
Use the sdaceldap command to create the .CSV file. The output of the .CSV file looks as follows:

VERSION="1"        DIRECTION="import"        LDAPPREFIX="ldap://xxxxxxx/"
chDefaultLogin="samaccountname"
chLastName="sn"
chFirstName="givenname"
chLDAPSource="dn"
chKey="phonenumber"
chKey="e-mail"
chKey="jobfunction"
chKey="department""ehelpdesk"        Helpdesk        Emea CN=xxxxxxxxx
MON        Helpdesk.xxxx        xxxxx
When you try to import the LDAP users from the .CSV file under the "Manage LDAP users" option, the following error message appears: "invalid mapping header" in the csv file
CauseThe formatting of the .CSV file is wrong. This is caused during the creation of the .CSV file, and only occurs if there are 4 extension fields. There needs to be a carriage return after "department" on the last extension field line to separate the extensions from the data as shown below:

VERSION="1"        DIRECTION="import"        LDAPPREFIX="ldap://xxxxxxx/"
chDefaultLogin="samaccountname"
chLastName="sn"
chFirstName="givenname"
chLDAPSource="dn"
chKey="phonenumber"
chKey="e-mail"
chKey="jobfunction"
chKey="department"
"ehelpdesk"        Helpdesk        Emea CN=xxxxxxxxx
MON        Helpdesk.xxxx        xxxxx
ResolutionRSA Security has produced a hot fix for this issue. Please contact RSA Security Technical Support and ask for fix tst00034206 if yo are running ACE/Server 5.0.2 and tst00036411 if you are running ACE/Server 5.1.
