Resolution

To resolve:

Run the below query on the Archer INSTANCE database.

INSERT INTO tblLicensedObject
values(1,NULL,'87556750-B54E-4AD0-A4FE-0D64B1E8DC5C',7,'2020-01-01 00:00:00.000','2012-07-09 16:21:09.373',184),
