Resolution

Through the Windows Explorer, drill down to the %_ENVISION%\lsnode\data\device_type\deviceset (collector)\ipaddress\year\month\day folder.

The files are named as follows:
Ipaddress_yearmonthdayhour.xxx

EX: 172.168.10.1_2004013015.xxx

2004013015 stands for 2004, January, 30th day, 15th hour.

Note: The time is Greenwich Standard Time. If the above example was taken from a server observing Eastern Standard Time, the time period in question would most likely be January 30th, 2004, at 10:00AM.

The following files need to be obtained:

.dat ? all nuggets
.idx -  indexing file
.sdw ? summary file

.ssw ? summary rollup file (this is a daily file, you may not need it)
