IssueError: "ACCESS DENIED, Outside User Time"
CauseWhen setting up temporary windows a start and end date is required.  If a user is logging in before the start date or after the end date, the following error appears in ACE/Server logs.  Error: "ACCESS DENIED, Outside User Time".  If the local time of the ACE/Server is wrong we could also see this error as well.
Cause#2 If AM is populated by an LDAP Sync, and the RSA Server is configured to Disable/Enable users that are Disabled/Enabled in LDAP ,and the user is disabled in LDAP,  this message can happen.  See Error: ACCESS DENIED  Outside User Time for details
Cause #3 Access Times can be set on a Per-user basis and also on a Per-group basis
ResolutionTo confirm that the user is trying to log in outside of their access time do the following.  Enter an administration session and select user, then edit user.  The temporary user start and end dates as well as the local time of the master ACE/Server determine whether a user is within his assigned access times.
