Applies ToThis was a known issue on 5051 and 5061 imaged appliances. An attempt to update the setting on all images is made during upgrades.

HTTPS failure in collection
HttpSendRequestEx failed
The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm.
CauseTLS is not enabled
Resolution1. Log into the appliance (all nodes) using the NIC_System user login.
2. Go to Start>Control Panel>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
3. Scroll down and check the Use TLS 1.0 checkbox under Security. 
4. Click Apply, click OK and close the browser.
5. Restart the services.
NotesIf you do not know the password for the NIC_System user, please contact support.
A utility is also available from support that will set this option while logged in as any user.
