HTTPS failure in collection
The client and server cannot communicate, because they do not possess a common algorithm.
|Cause||TLS is not enabled|
|Resolution||1. Log into the appliance (all nodes) using the NIC_System user login.|
2. Go to Start>Control Panel>Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
3. Scroll down and check the Use TLS 1.0 checkbox under Security.
4. Click Apply, click OK and close the browser.
5. Restart the services.
|Notes||If you do not know the password for the NIC_System user, please contact support.|
A utility is also available from support that will set this option while logged in as any user.
