Replacement Token does not retain PIN in RSA Authentication Manager 7.1
Resolution

Launch Security Console and navigate through these steps as an administrator to replace a token and retain the user pin:

1. Click Authentication -> SecurID Tokens  -> Manage Existing
2. Select the checkbox next to a single token
3. Nowm look at the top of the screen above the token panel.  There you will notice there is a carat next to the default
"Unassign", next to the "Go" button.
4. Click on the carat next to "Unassign", then select "Replace SecurID Tokens" from the action menu, it will be the 3rd to the last choice in the menu of actions.
5. Now, select  "Go".
6. Select the replacement token by placing a check mark next to the token, then SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE, and click on "Next" button.
7.  Notice the box next to "Require assigned user to set up a new SecurID PIN for his or her replacement token" is not checked. The default is NOT to require a pin change (box unchecked).  When this box is checked, the user WILL need to change their pin.
8. Now click on Save & Finish.

NotesThis functionality is available in RSA Authentication Manager 7.1, but the navigation to perform the option of retaining the pin is less than intuitive and quite specific.
