IssueResolve Delete Identity Source error in Operations Console

There was a problem processing your request.
To successfully delete an identity source, the identity source must meet one of the following conditions:
Cannot contain users and user groups.
Cannot be linked to a realm.


To successfully delete an identity source, the identity source must meet one of the following conditions: Cannot contain users and user groups. Cannot be linked to a realm.
CauseWhen trying to delete an identity source for which the SecurID internal database contains user and or group records this errro will display.  User and/or group information is referenced into the internal database as part of using an identity source with Authentication Manager.
Resolution

Start the Realtime Administration Monitor to watch the results of the following steps.

A clean up job must be run twice. To set the clean up job log on to the Security Console
Select Setup > Component Configuration > General
Select check box "
Select run time options Daily Weekly etc. and Save. 

Run the cleanup job once with the Identity Source still linked to the realm.  Unlink the Identity Source from the realm, and run the cleanup job again.

 You may delete the identity source in question from the Operations Console, once the job has run the second time.

You can see details of the resulting Batch Job in Security Console > Administration > Batch Jobs > Identity Source System Batch Cleanup
