IssueGateway value is missing from the network configuration in the RSA Operations Console.
SecurID Appliance cannot communicate with other systems outside of its own sub net
CauseThe network configuration of the RSA SecuriD Appliance is incorrect.
Resolution

The following example shows how an administrative user can view the network configuration on the RSA SecurID Appliance at the command line:

 

login as: emcsrv

root@app30p password:

The ?/factory/sbin/route ?n?should show the following gateway line:0.0.0.0          192.168.1.1     0.0.0.0         UG    0      0        0 eth0

 

?if not then review the NETWORK parameter in the /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 file and the GATEWAY parameter in the /etc/sysconfig/network file.
