Error code: 80092004
Unable to install certificate
CauseWhere some hardware-based Cryptographic Service Provider (CSP) is being used by Internet Explorer, the Web browser was unable to save the renewed certificate back onto the hardware device
ResolutionThis problem has been identified and corrected by RSA Security by a modification to the page ./WebServer/x-templates/x-create-msie-request.xuda. To get the patch that corrects this issue, contact RSA Security Customer Support and request tst00038928.

NOTE: The problem does not affect Netscape browsers
WorkaroundEnd user selected to renew their existing (or expired) certificate
A different PC is being used to renew the certificate from instead of the PC used for the original enrollment
