.PDF or .XLS files not opened automatically in Web browser when Agent is enabled
CauseThis problem is due to the use of "no-cache" settings in place on the WebLogic Agent. These are forced due to security reasons, but can also impact how ActiveX opens such files.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, contact RSA Security Customer Support and request RSA ClearTrust Agent hot fix 3.0.2.5, or request the latest fix level (which is cumulative, and contains fixes from previous fix levels). Hot fix 3.0.2.5 allows the following parameter to be placed in the appagent.conf file:

        cleartrust.agent.no_cache_exclusion_list=.

This parameter enables the user to specify which types of requests do not need the "no-cache" resource header added to the session.
