IssueClearTrust logon pages are not served.
404 "Page cannot be found" error when accessing ct_logon.asp page
CauseThe ASP pages used for logon cannot be served.
Resolution

Check to ensure that the ASP engine is enabled.  In the MMC snapin for IIS select "Web Service Extensions" and right click on "Active Server Extensions" and select allow.
