IssueClearTrust-generated header variables have duplicated values
The first time you access a resource, the values for the ClearTrust-generated header variables are listed twice. For example:

HTTP_CT_REMOTE_USER     zsmh8,zsmh8
HTTP_CT_AUTH_TYPE           4096,4096
HTTP_CT_WEB_SERVER_ID   websec,websec

If the browser is refreshed, the header variables are then displayed correctly as shown below:

HTTP_CT_REMOTE_USER     zsmh8
HTTP_CT_AUTH_TYPE           4096
HTTP_CT_WEB_SERVER_ID   websec
CauseThis problem is caused by the ClearTrust Agent .DLL file being loaded as an ISAPI filter at multiple levels - at the computer level, and at the default Web site level
ResolutionIt's possible that the RSA ClearTrust Agent was inadvertently installed manually at multiple levels; the agent installer will automatically install the agent ISAPI filter at the proper location only.

To ensure correct installation, uninstall the agent and manually verify that the agent ISAPI filter is not present at any level of the IIS installation. Then, reinstall the agent as documented in the RSA ClearTrust Agent Installation and Configuration Guide.
