IssueConfusion over SSL settings in BEA WebLogic 7.0 when using RSA Federated Identity Manager (FIM) 2.0
Unable to determine which passphrase corresponds with the private key
ResolutionIn the BEA WebLogic Administration console, there are 2 SSL-related settings for the server's Connections tab:

1. On the first screen of the SSL tab is the "Server Private Key Passphrase" field - this is the password for the Private Key set during creation of the keystore

2. On the same window, clicking "Configure Keystore Providers" brings you to an area to configure the keystore locations themselves. On this screen is the field "Private Key Store Pass Phrase:" - this is the password used to secure the entire keystore as a whole.
