|Cause||The browser does not support and/or does not switch to the en-US locale. This can be observed when using HTTP debugging tools such as LiveHTTPHeaders for Firefox or ieHTTPHeaders for Internet Explorer.|
|Resolution||Force the browser to include support for en-US Locale Settings.|
Use Firefox and install 'Quick Locale Switcher' add-on to force the switch to en-US.
|Notes||The actual error message is misleading as it should report an invalid date format.|
Ensure you are using a version of Web Browser that is supported for your version of Appliance software. Also ensure the date and time settings on the system with the web browser are correct.
