|Issue||Unable to clear excluded characters from existing password policy in RSA ClearTrust 5.5.2|
If you clear the excluded characters field from an existing password policy the changes are not saved
Instead of modifying the existing password policy, create a new password policy with a blank entry for the excluded characters. A workaround is to modify the excluded characters field data directly in the backend datastore.
This issue was resolved in hotfix 184.108.40.206. Contact RSA Customer Support and request this hotfix or the latest hotfix.
