Error: "This name has previously been used. Change the name and try again. Detailed error message is com.rsa.csf.domain.objects.APRelyingParty"
Error: "Failed to create domain object com.rsa.csf.domain.objects.APRelyingParty"
CauseRelying Party object using the same HTTP Basic Authentication User ID already exists; it must be unique for each Relying Party
ResolutionThe HTTP Basic Authentication User ID must be unique for each Relying Party, as the AP uses this ID to map to a specific Relying Party.

To correct this issue, assign a unique ID to this parameter and resubmit the entry.
