ResolutionRSA ACE/Agent or the 3rd-party GINA installer creates a configuration that renders either AceGina or the third-party GINA inoperable. On Cisco VPN Client, create a GINA chain in the registry as follows and try again:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\GinaDLL = Csgina.dll

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\GinaInstalled = 1

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Cisco Systems\VPN Client\PreviousGinaPath = AceGina.dll
