Authentication test shows nothing in the Log Monitor
New installation of RSA Authentication Manager
ResolutionAfter the initial installation of RSA Authentication Manager, all services except the Authentication Engine are started, so if you do a test authentication, nothing will show up in the Log Monitor.

- Make sure that all RSA Services are started from Start -> Programs -> RSA Security -> RSA Authentication Manager -> RSA Authentication Manager Control Panel
- Make sure to use FQDN for the Primary and any agent hosts
