IssueDouble-byte characters are not synchronized (LDAP) correctly for group and site names in RSA Authentication Manager 6.0
The process to synchronize RSA Authentication Manager user data with Microsoft Active Directory or other LDAP does not properly handle the conversation of multi-byte character names for Group or Site. If these names were specified in the directory with multi-byte characters, the conversation does not work properly, resulting in garbled names in the RSA Authentication Manager database.
ResolutionThis issue has been corrected in a hot fix for RSA Authentication Manager 6.0. Contact RSA Security Customer Support and request the hot fix ID18939.
