|Issue||Double-byte characters are not synchronized (LDAP) correctly for group and site names in RSA Authentication Manager 6.0|
The process to synchronize RSA Authentication Manager user data with Microsoft Active Directory or other LDAP does not properly handle the conversation of multi-byte character names for Group or Site. If these names were specified in the directory with multi-byte characters, the conversation does not work properly, resulting in garbled names in the RSA Authentication Manager database.
