IssueDoes Firewall-1 running on Check Point Secure Platform (SPLAT) support the RSA SecurID protocol?
CauseSome customers believe it is not possible to integrate a SPLAT based Check Point Firewall-1 with RSA ACE/Server using the SecurID protocol because there is no RSA Security product listed to work or install on this platform
Resolution

SPLAT does support RSA SecurID. SPLAT runs on a stripped-down version of Linux where the RSA ACE/Agent functionality is built directly into the firewall software by Check Point. This means there is no need to install any kind of RSA ACE/Agent.

For assistance with this Agent, users should contact Check Point since the product has been written by them and does not involve installation of any additional RSA Security software (other than RSA ACE/Server or RSA Authentication Manager).
