RSA ACE/Agent 5.6 for Windows
IssueDual authentications occur when using RSA SecurID protection for Microsoft Terminal Services connection with the /console switch
When using the /console switch for a connection to a Microsoft Terminal Services 2003 Server (e.g. mstsc /console) where RSA ACE/Agent 5.6 for Windows is set to provide local authentication, dual securid authentications occur (one after the other). Both of these authentications must be successful to obtain access.
Cause
Microsoft Logon Gina caused a dual authentication
Resolution
To correct this issue, contact Microsoft Support and ask for the fix related to KB895117.

NOTE: This must be used in conjunction with the very latest version of RSA ACE/Agent 5.6 for Windows.
