IssueEMC PowerPath having trouble getting key from RSA Key Manager Appliance
PowerPath shows error in log:

7:47:13 AM     1          SYSTEM\NT AUTHORITY   SYSTEM   C:\Program Files\EMC\PowerPath\emcp_xcryptd.exe   EMCPOWER01   Getting key by Key UUID: c9b0c7f2ed10425aa31d3662af254731   

Setup the Power path to use the Secondary RKM appliance.

From the PowerPath log, it is looking for Key UUID: c9b0c7f2ed10425bb31d3662af254731

Verified that the key exists on the Secondary RKM appliance

Get the proper error page when accessing their RKM https://rsakm02.acme.com/KMS/rpc/crow

Cause

The powerpath config guide mentions that you have to run RKM_Config.bat to reconfigure. This was not done.

ResolutionRun RKM_Config.bat to reconfigure which RKM Server the PowerPath uses to get key per PPWIN5.2EncryptionUser.pdf
