|Issue||Enhanced Dialer for NT RAS|
|Cause||We have an enhanced dialer application, which enables users to not have to use the Post Dial Term window.|
|Resolution||The Dialer is a Windows-based solution that eliminates the need for the remote dialup user to interact with a character based "post-dialup" window. Provides an uncomplicated GUI-based login process by replacing the post-dialup window with a user friendly Windows dialog box. Replaces confusing prompts with simple dialogs for New PIN mode and Next Tokencode mode, improves ease of use and reduces support requests from the user base.|
