IssueError in lookup for help.tk - cannot list token log when look up by login ID
CauseThe problem is in the Sd_ListSerialByLogin results. This function has retained functionality that allows it to be used with ACE/Server versions that support duplicate logins. Due to this, the function returns a list of tokens, separated by commas and terminated by the symbol: 'Done'.

In version 2.0 of help.tk, the function did not return a 'Done' because the application was originally written when duplicate logins were supported. So this works with only those versions of the ACE/Server. Version 3.0 of help.tk has a change which allows it to support later releases of the ACE/Server, e.g. ones that do not support duplicate logins.
ResolutionIf you encounter this problem, contact RSA Security Professional Services for an upgrade. Of course, since this is a TCL script, the user has the source and can make the modification themselves. To get instructions on how to fix version 2.0, contact RSA Security Developer Support (NOTE: You must have a valid Developer Support contract).
