IssueHow to set up Cisco CiscoSecure to authenticate with the ACE/Server
Error: "User not on client"
Error: "Node verification failed" in ACE/Server logs
CiscoSecure on the same machine as ACE/Server
CauseNode secret file (securid) was not sent to ../ace/data
User wasn't activated on the specified client
ResolutionEdit the client properties or user properties to activate the user on the client. It is also possible to have the client "Open to All Locally Known Users", in which case it would not be necessary to have direct activation of any users.

Run sdshell to authenticate locally first. This will send the node secret file to the ../ace/data directory. You can view the implementation guide here.
