IssueHow to configure multi-language support for RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 for Web
Localized Web Templates are not displayed properly in RSA Authentication Agent 5.3 for Web
ResolutionTo correct this issue, open the Internet Explorer web browser and set it to use the language you intend to use by selecting Tools --> Internet Options --> Languages. Choose the languages you want to add support for.

NOTE: The language abbreviation on the right and the languages are listed in priority.

On the web server, go to "path"\program files\RSA Security\RSAWebAgent\templates\nls folder. Create a folder called "en-us" and do the same for each language you intend to support. Each directory name must match the language abbreviation as listed in your browser settings. Copy the contents of the templates folder into each new folder and make the content / language changes you need to these documents. The actual documents are called by name, so do not modify the filenames. Note that once a language setting is passed by the browser, the default templates come from the nls directory. Only if no languages are present will the default templates be used, so make sure you have a folder for every language, including English (en-us for instance).
