IssueRSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator not recognized by RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU) unless inserted at time of boot
RSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator functions properly if plugged in at time of boot. RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU) does not see the token if inserted after logon.
ResolutionThis issue has been corrected in a hot fix for RSA Authenticator Utility 1.0. Contact RSA Security Customer Support and request build 25 for RSA Authenticator Utility 1.0.

This fix introduces the ability to handle 2 card readers on the same machine. It does not allow the use of 2 smart cards at the same time, but it will allow the RSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator to function properly with the other reader attached and enabled.
