|Issue||RSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator not recognized by RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU) unless inserted at time of boot|
RSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator functions properly if plugged in at time of boot. RSA Authenticator Utility (RAU) does not see the token if inserted after logon.
|Resolution||This issue has been corrected in a hot fix for RSA Authenticator Utility 1.0. Contact RSA Security Customer Support and request build 25 for RSA Authenticator Utility 1.0.|
This fix introduces the ability to handle 2 card readers on the same machine. It does not allow the use of 2 smart cards at the same time, but it will allow the RSA SecurID SID800 Authenticator to function properly with the other reader attached and enabled.
