Remote Administration
IssueRemote Administration does not have server name to administer
When Remote Administration is launched, the name of the server to administer does not show up.
ResolutionOn the Remote Administration machine:
Browse in Windows Explorer to ace/data/realms
Right click -->Create New folder -->Type the name of the ACE/Server.
Save it.
Copy sdconf.rec and server.cer into the newly created folder.
Launch Remote Administration.
Go to Start -->Programs -->RSA ACE/Server -->Database Administration - Remote mode
You will be prompted for user name and PASSCODE.
After a successful authentication you can access the database for administration.
