IssueError: "Connection rejected, filter blocked socket, weblogic.security.net.FilterException:  A connection from IP is not explicitly allowed" in RSA ClearTrust
Unable to log in to Admin Console after configuring BEA WebLogic server with RSA ClearTrust
CauseRSA ClearTrust configuration has told BEA WebLogic to deny all access to unprotected pages, unless explicitly told who to allow. This is the default setting in the configuration file.
ResolutionEdit the ct-agent.properties file in your WebLogic_Home directory. Change:

    securecontrol.agent.allowaddresses=true

to:

    securecontrol.agent.allowaddresses=false

Once doing this, you must make sure that any address you want to have access is not listed in the following "addresses" line. Then restart the WebLogic server and you will be able to get access to the Admin Console.
