IssueRSA ACE/Server hanging, unable to log in to console
Error: "Unable to add key" from AceCommService
CauseMismatch between certificate and key files used to establish SSL connections
ResolutionTo correct this issue, replace the server.cer, sdti.cer, and server.key with files from the original license diskette. Replace these files in the following location:

ace\data on the Primary and Replica ACE/Servers

If the certificates are not the ones that were originally installed, you will also need to replace the server.cer file in the following locations:

ace\data\realms\<servername> on the Primary and Replica servers and all Remote Administration PCs

For any auto-registration agent host, QuickAdmin, Remote RADIUS, or Web Express installations, the following applies:

- QuickAdmin will have the file in WEB-INF/certs/<servername>

- Web Express 1.2 will have the file in RSAWebExpress/JRun/servers/default/rsaswe/WEB-INF/certs

- Remote RADIUS and Auto Registration will have the file in %System Root%\System32
