IssueError: "ERROR reading auth server details ... No data in stream"
When starting ClearTrust servers with SSL on, everything works fine. With SSL off, the following error message appears:

$ secctrl start
ClearTrust/SecureControl 4.6 Services starting
$ Starting the ClearTrust/SecureControl Entitlements Server
Starting a ClearTrust/SecureControl Server Dispatcher
Starting a ClearTrust/SecureControl Authorization Server on port  5615
Starting a ClearTrust/SecureControl Authorization Server on port  5617
AuthServerRegistry: ERROR reading auth server details.
java.io.IOException: No data in stream.  The most likely reason is that the auth server is down.

CauseThe most likely reason for this issue is that the auth server is down
ResolutionTo correct this issue, apply cacerts fix. Please contact RSA Security Technical Support to obtain this fix.
