IssueHow to ensure RSA ClearTrust Authorization Servers (AServers) with similar names are properly registered with Dispatcher
Error: "Array Index Out of Bounds" appears in RSA ClearTrust dispatcher.log file
Some RSA ClearTrust Authorization Servers (AServers) fail to register with the Dispatcher in a distributed environment. After the initial AServer completes a successful registration with the Dispatcher, subsequent registration attempts by other AServers fail. The following error message appears multiple times in dispatcher.log and debug output:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException:  4

Despite these exceptions, an initial conformation of registration message appears in the AServer's console output.
CauseThis is a known issue that only occurs in environments with similarly-named RSA ClearTrust Authorization Servers (AServers). The Dispatcher fails to properly process the names of the AServers, and generates the exceptions seen in the Dispatcher log and debug output. Registration is still successful in spite of the erroneous log messages.
ResolutionThis issue is resolved by a hot fix for RSA ClearTrust 5.5.3. Contact RSA Security Customer Support to request hot fix 5.5.3.83 for RSA ClearTrust Servers, or request the latest fix level (which is cumulative, and includes fixes from all previous fix levels).
WorkaroundThe names of the RSA ClearTrust Authorization Servers (AServers) begin with the same string (e.g. auth, auth1, authTest)
