IssueNTLM authentication type not working for ClearTrust 5.5.3
NTLM authentication works for Windows 2000 domains, but does not work for Windows 2003 domains.
The error message in the aserver standard output in debug mode shows the following error:
[MUXWORKER-11] - NTLM auth: possibly failed, but likely just needs more from the client. Response: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ResolutionThe NTLM authentication mode in Windows 2003 is different than that for Windows 2000.  This issue has been resolved in hotfix 5.5.3.61 for ClearTrust 5.5.3.  Contact RSA Customer Support and request this hotfix, or the latest hotfix which is cumulative. Note that this problem does not exist in AXM 6.0 (Access Manger 6.0)
NotesChanges introduced in Hotfix 4.6.0.98 (build 2600) for the ClearTrust 4.6 Agent prevent the proper execution of NTLM authentication.  Ensure that the ClearTrust agent is using hotfix 4.6.0.104 (Build 2606) or greater.
