IssueError: "The Server is not licensed for this operation. Connection rejected, the server license allows connections from only 20 unique IP addresses." in BEA WebLogic
CauseRSA ClearTrust ships with a default BEA evaluation license which expires after 60 days. But ClearTrust also includes another license that can be enabled to afford the full functionality of BEA WebLogic 7.0 at any time.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, follow these steps:

1. Back up your evaluation license file, license.bea, found in the BEA_HOME directory (e.g. c:\bea in a Windows installation)

2. Locate license_isv_base.bea under the license directory in the WebLogic Server CD provided by RSA Security, and copy it to the BEA_HOME directory

3. Rename license_isv_base.bea to license.bea

4. Back up <WL_HOME>\server\lib\weblogic.jar, where <WL_HOME> is the WebLogic Server 7.0 installation directory (e.g. c:\bea\weblogic700 in a Windows installation)

5. Locate weblogic_isv_base.jar under the license directory on the WebLogic Server CD provided by RSA Security, and copy it to <WL_HOME>\server\lib

6. Rename weblogic_isv_base.jar to weblogic.jar

7. Restart your WebLogic Server
