IssueLogging into Windows XP with Smart Card gives an error that the user's credentials could not be verified in RSA Keon Certificate Authority 6.5.1
Smart Card Login is working on a Windows 2000 client but not a Windows XP client. Error appears stating that the user credentials could not be verified.
CauseFreshest CRL certificate extension was pointing to the Full CRL URL which made it invalid
ResolutionThere are 2 options to correct this issue:

1. Update the Freshest CRL certificate extension with the proper link

2. Remove this extension from the certificate via the KCA certificate profile
