IssueHow to display a user-friendly web page when SecureControl server is down?
Error: ?SecureControl: Authorization Server Error? in Web browser
CauseSecureControl server not running
ResolutionThe ClearTrust plugin displays the error message above when the SecureControl server is down. Configuring the default HTTP 500 error Web page in the Web server cannot change this message. However, a PIX plugin can be created to personalize the Web page returned to the user.

Consult your 4.6.1 Developers Guide for more information on write a PIX.

NOTE: There may be performance implications in the development of the PIX, depending on its function and load on the Web server. For instance, checking in advance whether the SecureControl server is running is expensive in computing and time resources.
