IssueHow to install RSA ClearTrust components
InstallShield window title finishes with the part word 'setu'
Dialog box entries are truncated
Add/Remove programs lists the product as 'ClearTrus Serve'
Installation directory is recommend as 'c:\program files\cleartrus'
CauseA bug exists in InstallShield causing problems with reading and writing registry keys when different versions of InstallShield have been used on the same system.

When an application is installed using InstallShield, generic InstallShield code is installed into 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\engine\6\Intel 32'. In some instances, existing files in this directory may cause these symptoms when a later product is installed.

For detailed explanation, please see InstallShield Knowledgebase; search for Q106585 about InstallShield v6.3 runtime; and also http://www.installshield.com/downloads/isp/is6.31_relnotes.asp about registry key accessing.
ResolutionLater versions of ClearTrust use a version of InstallShield where the problem has been resolved. Where the symptoms occur with existing software, the workaround is to delete the existing 'C:\Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\engine\6\Intel 32' directory.
