When trying to access the Administrator home page in Web Express from a web browser, the following error appears:

ResolutionTo correct this issue, check the 'global_en_US.properties' file located in the C:\RSAWebExpress\JRun\servers\default\rsaswe\WEB-INF\classes\i18n\en_US folder and search for the 'global_authMethod_admin' parameter. If the parameter is set to 'global_authMethod_admin=Password;SecurID', ensure that nothing is commented in the 'Common page Auth Method' section. The 'Common page Auth Method' section contains the following:

    global_page_authMethod_QA=Q&A
    global_page_authMethod_Password=Web Express Password
    global_page_authMethod_SecurID=SecurID

If you only wish to use 'SecurID' as the authentication method, set 'global_authMethod_admin=SecurID' only. There is no need to comment anything on the 'Common page Auth Method' section.
