Shared secret / encryption key is longer than 16 characters as documented in the Partner Advanced Security Option Implementation Guide
CauseThe Oracle application is actually truncating, without error, the shared secret and sending only the first 16 characters
ResolutionTo correct this issue, shorten the shared secret and encryption key to 16 or less characters.
