IssueError: "Node verification failed" after power failure
Effected users are coming in through a communications device
The "securid" file is kept on the remote device
CauseWhen the power was lost, the node secret was likely erased from memory. During reboot, a new file may be created, but probably will not work.
ResolutionRemove the securid file using the devices resource, for example, the management console. Refer to the devices Implementation Guide for the specific location/method. For the Cisco Concentrator, go into enable mode and type "reset securid secrets all".

Uncheck the sent node secret box on the ACE/Server, by clicking
client > edit client > select the client > uncheck sent node secret.  Try to authenticate.

If this does not fix your problem, see this solution: How to clear the node secret after a node verification failure
