IssueError: "Multiple entries match your login criteria, please contact system admin" in RSA Keon Web PassPort
Error when authentication username contains a UPN name or a username prefixed with a domain name
When a user enters a UPN name (username@hostname.com format) or a username prefixed with a domain name (domain\username format) in the username field of Keon Web PassPort authentication page for password authentication, the user is allowed access to Keon Web PassPort. However, all subsequent user authentications result in a "multiple entries" error until a restart of the Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) is completed. This error was only seen when Active Directory was used.
CauseUser entered UPN name or Domain name instead of userid
ResolutionTo correct this issue, contact RSA Security Customer Support and request RSA Keon Web PassPort 1.1.2 build13 hot fix.
