IssueError: "Offline-Auth Request Denied" and "Offline-Auth Data Sufficient" in RSA Authentication Manager log
CauseThis is a normal message, and will be logged during every successful authentication when the user has at least 1 day worth of day files
ResolutionTo stop this message from appearing in RSA Authentication Managers logs, the system administrator can disable verbose logging as follows:

1. Start Database administration host or remote mode

2. System > System Configuration > Edit Offline Auth Config

3. Uncheck the box "Enable verbose offline authentication logging" at the bottom of the screen

Explanation:

When a user logs into a DAC or LAC, the amount of offline data available for that user is sent to RSA Authentication Manager in the authentication request. If the user has day files for today, then the above message is logged and no ticket for downloading of offline days is created.

This message reflects that RSA Authentication Agents 6.1 and higher versions have the ability to automatically recharge day files without user intervention utilizing existing day files (e.g. if the user has data available for today, then the local system can generate its own ticket to obtain additional day files)
