Error: "HTTP 404: The page cannot be found" when being redirected by RSA ClearTrust Agent 4.x to the ClearTrust logon page
Resolution

It is likely that Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6 was not configured to handle ASP pages. To enable ASP pages in IIS 6, follow these steps:

1. Start the IIS Manager from Windows' Start Menu --> Administrative Tools menu

2. Expand the configuration tree for your web server until the folder "Web Service Extension" is shown, then click it

3. On the right side of the window, you should see which web service extensions are enabled. Enable the "Active Server Pages" extension by selecting it and clicking "Allow". You should now be able to authenticate to your protected resources.
