|Applies To||Keon Certificate Authority OneStep 6.5.1|
Microsoft Windows 2000 Server SP4
OneStep hosted on Keon's Apache web server
|Issue||Error: "Required Attributes Missing" when users try to enroll through Keon Certificate Authority OneStep (from an external network only)|
|Cause||Apache web server intermittently corrupts the user's posted enrollment data that is required to create a valid certificate request|
|Resolution||To correct this issue, re-host the OneStep application on Microsoft's IIS web server per instructions in How to configure Keon Certificate Authority OneStep sample on Microsoft IIS.|
NOTE: Any .xuda pages utilized by the OneStep application (e.g. get-encryption-cert-onestep.xuda which is designed to use a Key Recovery Module for key generation) must still be hosted on the Apache server that is configured to process Keon's xuda script language. This can be accommodated by ensuring that any links to the .xuda pages utilize the Apache server's enroll port.
