IssueError: "User not defined properly" on the firewall logs.
When authenticating from SecuRemote VPN client, the error above appears in the firewall log.
ResolutionThe user is not configured to use FWZ encryption.

1. Manage > Users > Encryption > check FWZ.

2. SecuRemote Client >Tools > Encryption scheme > FWZ.
