IssueError: "Use access denied" after Web browser session times out and page refreshed
CauseWhen the user attempted to refresh the page after the session times out (configurable in the agent's appagent.conf), they were redirected to the "User access denied" page instead of the ClearTrust login page (which is the proper behavior)
ResolutionThis is a known bug in the ClearTrust 4.7.1 Agent for WebLogic code. Please contact RSA Security Technical Support and request hot fix number tst00031663 (4.7.1.12). Follow the instructions in the provided Readme file for proper installation.
