IssueError: "This administrator has no roles assigned" in Web browser when user tries to authenticate into RSA ClearTrust 5.5.2 Entitlement Manager
AServer.log shows:

sequence_number=5,2004-08-19 14:32:44:484 EDT,conn=2,op=1,messageID=-1,ip=,uname=<anonymous>,msg=Unknown event,result=5,etime=0ms,exception=sirrus.util.strategy.StrategicException: No strategy for target: null : No strategy for target: null
CauseThe admin account created during the install of RSA ClearTrust servers which links to the directory has been corrupted or there was an installation error within the iPlanet directory server
The 60rsa-cleartrust.ldif contains the name of the ClearTrust administrator as entered during the installer phase. A problem can occur if the 60rsa-cleartrust.ldif or the install-iplanet.ldif was not completed correctly.
ResolutionTo correct this issue, complete a reinstallation of the iPlanet directory server and reintegrate with the RSA ClearTrust servers by copying the 60rsa-cleartrust.ldif and the importing of install-iplanet.ldif file as instructed within the RSA ClearTrust 5.5 Installation and Configuration Guide.
